I hesitated a while what is really needed to tell you about me. All the years I spent in analysing, learning and qualifying, calculating, preparing, controlling, convincing, dealing with fears, playing ego games, “building relationships”, “working hard” has brought me to the Connecting Skills idea. Its birth, upbringing and the infinite wonders (challenges) of motherhood focused me on the wider picture and answered the doubts.
The most valuable thing we all have is the truth we learnt trough our authentic experiences. Everything else is borrowed knowledge, which takes you away from personal freedom and creativity.
Most of us have experienced the unconditional love trough having babies or simply being with little children. Being you with a child is easier because their authenticity is not clouded with education, possessions, social status, ethic and religious background or various “successful achievements”. As adults we lose naturally our birth given authenticity, because we learn grown-up ways to be a part of society and together with that hundreds conditionings and believes. Understanding mine transformed the Connecting Skills idea from innovative sales training business into a vision for authenticity in business communication.
It is unnecessary and utopic to become children again. We can simply be ordinary individuals, doing watchfully our business every day with mature authenticity, courage and compassion to each other.
This is where my experiences brought me and I share it with you trough the work for Connecting Skills ideas.
